Alleyway



Time to reconstruct the alleyway. We made models to see what are the problems in the alleyway and how we can fix it. Here are some photos of the people constructing the alleyway

Food for thought was so inspiring but why do we have to eat 5+ a day of our greens and eat 2 servings of our meat. Well on Monday we went to pak'n'save to see what foods are healthy and what foods are not healthy.

AFL Part 3: The Last AFL Visit :(

Week 4 Term 4


Through rain or shine the AFL crew have been turning up to share with us their passion for the sport. We here in room 21 thank them for their huge amount of effort they put into teaching us and for our participation we were rewarded with a game! Using all our skills we have learnt along the way.
Even though our school is popular because of rugby
we will always like AFL (psych).



Camp 2013!!!!!!

WEEK 4 TERM 4

In term 1 some of the year 7 & 8's went with Ambrose Timo, Oriana Sensei, and some other teachers to Lakewood lodge for camp did all kinds of sports like...  
Rock climbing and...

Archery!!!














Four groups were competing for points for their group and there was 4 competitions to earn points Survivor, Rock climbing, Archery, and more... Lion kings won Survivor, Come back next year won tug of war, Forever young won Rock climbing and Party crashers won Archery. On the last day we had prize giving as you might see...


Well this isn't actually us this was in 2010 LOL!!!!

The AFL crew return

AFL visit part two!!!!

The AFL crew return to continue teaching Room 21 more about this great game!

AFL Kiwi kick style!!!!

Room 21 were once again lucky enough to work with the Kiwi Kick crew who came to visit Sylvia Park School to work with our sporty bunch.

After a great warm up our listening skills were put to the test as we listened hard to learn a new skill of how to pass the ball.  



This week we were taught a new skill! A new type of passing.
